Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using RelayKit (the iOS app) or the RelayKit companion macOS helper (together, the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Schalliol Automation LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and, where the Software is distributed via the App Store, to the Apple-standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. Your data and account

RelayKit does not create a RelayKit account. Pairing keys, preferences, and any transient data live only on your devices. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Use of third-party services

The Chat tab in RelayKit loads Anthropic's claude.ai in a standard web view. Your use of that surface is governed by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to the relationship between you and Anthropic, and we do not observe or proxy that activity.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where permitted by applicable law; (b) use the Software to violate any law or any third party's rights; (c) redistribute or sublicense the Software; or (d) remove or obscure attribution notices within the Software.

6. Fees

The iOS app is a paid one-time purchase through the App Store. The macOS helper is free. No subscription fees are charged by RelayKit. Apple's refund policy applies to purchases; see reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHALLIOL AUTOMATION LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Trademarks

RelayKit is a trademark of Schalliol Automation LLC. Claude, Claude Code, and Claude for Mac are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to these marks are descriptive; RelayKit is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or Apple.

10. Termination

You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the Software. We may terminate this license if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, the Software license ends; these Terms' disclaimer and limitation-of-liability provisions survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Indiana.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
